New Application Standards/Rules. (MUST READ).

Well the clan has got the point where we have a good amount of members, so we feel that we now have the chance to become a little more choosey on who we accept and decline. Basically, Daniel, Jelle, Brendy and I have decided on changing the time period of the trial, and what we look for during that time.

So the main changes will be that the trial will now last for TWO WEEKS. The main reason for this is that we've had some good applicants who are good players, but they aren't the best at communicating with others in training. So basically, the trialists will have 4 training sessions to prove that they can communicate well. Now there's no excuse for not being able to chat to people, I think 4 training sessions is sufficient.

What we're looking for in applicants:

1. Forum activity.
2. Attending regular training sessions.
3. Communicate well with others.


Two extra things..

1. Current members, we will be looking at how you do in training sessions from now on. If you don't maintain those 3 things listed above then you will be warned, and eventually kicked from the clan.
2. The trial period isn't going to be 2 weeks every time, if we're impressed by how you do after the first week or so, you may be accepted early.

this may sound harsh, but as we now are in uprising stage its time to higher our requirements when it comes to being serious during the practises and games. We still focus on having fun aswell, so don't be nervous about that;)

The clan is about having fun, but we should be able to expect a certain level of maturity and/or communication skills/skills in general.

Just wondering does my trial restart today or is it still running from last week?

Would you prefer to start again? If not it'll carry on and you'll have a week left.

Well im not really bothered but seems as though im not at training tonight and maybe not tomorrow if they don't fix the bug im not sure what to do :S What do you suggest?

If there's no training tomorrow I'll probably extend it until next week because I need to see if you talk in game really.
