Funnily enough I get called Holycheesetits all the time, John. Good app mate, you'll be on a 1 week trial in which you should show as much activity as possible both in-game and on forums. No, not really.. Just stay active by posting around on the different topics, that you have access to, and attend practice
Preferably also have a few games with the other members, while you are online, and it isn't practice days, if you get what I mean..

Nope, no weird initiation ceremony or anything like that..

Um, practice is on Tuesdays and I also believe that they are on Mondays, but you'll have to check with Ryan (vegas) for that.. and it's 7PM and goes on for about an hour..
